How do I pair my Bird Flex to the Bird App?

Pairing your Bird Flex to the Bird App is a quick process: 

1. You'll first want to make sure you've downloaded the Bird App from the App Store or Google Play Store
2. Once you've done that, make sure your phone's bluetooth is turned on. 
3. Turn your Bird Flex on by holding the power button on the display.
4. Scan the QR Code located in your user manual.

Your Bird Flex should now be added to your "Private Birds" section in-app. Keep in mind, your Bird can only be paired with one device at a time. You also do not need to pair your Bird to ride your Bird Flex, but pairing your Bird Flex gives you access to additional features such as an odometer reading and headlight controls. 

I lost my user manual & QR Code, how can I pair my Bird Flex? 

Not to worry! Please contact support by following this link and be sure to provide us with your Bird Flex's serial number. It will begin with "0K" and is located on the side of your Bird Flex's footboard. 

How do I change my Bird Flex's speed settings? 

To toggle between speed settings, please double tap the power button. E-gear speed limit is 5km/h, L-gear speed limit is 15km/h, H-gear speed limit is 25km/h.

My Bird Flex has an "E" on the display and the headlight is flashing. Help! 

It sounds like your Bird Flex might be on the lowest speed setting (E-gear). To toggle between speed settings, please double tap the power button. E-gear speed limit is 5km/h, L-gear speed limit is 15km/h, H-gear speed limit is 25km/h.

How do I toggle between Kmph and Mph? 

Short press the power button six times to toggle between Kmph and Mph.
